The Optidrill yields an accuracy only a computer can achieve. Innovative drilling control ensures precise hole, slot or notch location, size and alignment for

perfectly matched lenses every time.

This system is so versatile that drilling and slotting in any combination is accomplished with a single 1mm router-type bit. Simple to use CNC operation puts any lab technician in complete control of the drilling process.

The lenses are precisely positioned utilising the edging blocks which are already mounted on the lenses.

The frame manufacturers model number and size are selected from the database, the start drilling button is pushed and that's it! Frames that may not be in the database are easily added. Jobs that require matching a single lens can also be quickly processed by entering particular measurements into the drilling program.

Unsurpassed speeds of 1.5 to 3 minutes for an 8-hole rimless job are routine for the CNC Optidrill.

Now available with tilt table option which allows angled holes to be drilled in lenses.
